It is my responsibility to execute all of the tasks related to:
ENROLLMENT: Streamlining the admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective families.
ONBOARDING: Understanding and addressing families' needs promptly, providing clear and timely communication.
REPUTATION: Collecting and organizing data to help administrators adopt a more family-focused approach, enhancing the overall school experience.
I work 40 hours per week, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
(part-time 20 hours/week also available)
Q:
-Follow up with prospective families
-Collect and verify all required enrollment documentation
-Manage new family onboarding processes
-Act as a liaison between families and the admissions team
-Support efforts to improve the school's reputation and online presence
-Generate analytics and detailed reports on enrollment progress
